When will my order ship? 

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. 

How will my order ship?
We ship via Canada Post or USPS primarily.

Do you ship internationally?
YES! Everything is available to ship internationally and is designed to be flat and easy to ship. Enter your address at shipping and the amount will be calculated for you. 

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties from your country.

My item was damaged during shipping, now what?
1. Take a photo of the package, we need this to file a claim with our shipper.
2. Email the photos within 7 days.
3. We'll get back to you with the next steps. 

Do you wholesale?
Yes fill out the contact form on the contact page or send an email to hello@fionnahanna.com for information. You can also see the pattern on Faire. 

What is your return/refund policy?
First of all we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your new artwork, feel free to contact us at fionna@fionnahanna.com with any concerns.We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

There are no refunds on the digital sewing patterns.

Decal FAQs

Decals are easy apply and only take 10-15 seconds of ironing. Once applied they are permament and withstand washing. 

Here are step by step instructions with photos to walk you through applying your decals.

Step 1:

Turn your iron on and set it to cotton/poly. No steam. Layout your article of clothing on an ironing board. If you don't have one a folder towel or sheet on a hard surface will work.

Step 2: 

Pick out your decal and remove it gently from the backing. You may need to curve the page to find the edges. 

Step 3: 

Lay your decal onto your garment. 

Step 4:

Place the parchment paper on top of the decal. Do not iron the decal directly.

Step 5:

Place your iron on top of the parchment paper and iron for 10-15 seconds. Give the iron a little jiggle every couple of seconds.  

 Step 6: 

Remove the iron and parchment paper. Check if the decal is attached securely around all the edges. If not, out the parchment paper back on and give it another iron for 5 seconds and check again. Once aplied, DO NOT IRON your decal directly. Use the parchment paped to protect your decal on any future ironing.

Tips and Tricks: 

• If you cannot iron the fabric then don't use an iron on decal. 
• Decals work best on smooth fabrics like t-shirts and sweatshirts. Try to avoid going over a seam for the best finish. 
• Do not iron your decal directly once its applied. It will come off. Use the parchment paper to protect your decal if you need to iron your garment. 
• Wash your garment before applying your decal for best results.
